About Us

Our founder, Angela Carley, has nearly fifteen years of experience in interpreting. After college, she worked full-time at a large agency, learning a lot but facing challenges. Wanting more flexibility for family life, she became a full-time independent contractor. Through her work, she saw gaps in services for people with disabilities in our area.

At Interpreters on Demand, our community is very important. We focus on creating real connections to improve communication access. We take a personalized approach, matching clients with interpreters based on skills, not profit.

Our strong relationships with deaf and hard of hearing clients and understanding of non-native speakers make us well suited to meet local communication needs.
